What a stunning bride and beautiful wedding day it was last September at @bellefiorewinery. I’ve been so buried in bridal inquires and bookings for 2019 that I haven’t even posted any of my brides from 2018. Not one of the 33 gorgeous women I had the privilege of working on. Umm.. What a Month! May has been absolutely bursting with activity and it isn’t going to slow down any time soon. I have literally been going from one client, event, or project to the next with barely a moment to catch my breath. But I love it! Well, at least most of it. 😄 My laundry and mail pile are going to be taller then me soon if I don’t find some time to tackle them. Yikes! Not to mention the emails! I’m emailing until 10pm most nights and that’s after a 12 to 13 hr day. Today I woke up feeling stressed and discouraged and honestly, just completely overwhelmed by life. Then I noticed this tiny plum blossom, the first to open from some branches I foraged the other day, and suddenly felt a sense of hope. I am constantly amazed by the positive effects of nature in my life and find great comfort in the beauty our God has created for us. I am reminded to cast my cares at His feet. He is with me as I struggle through this dark and bleak winter in my soul.
